What Exhibition design services do you offer?

From initial 3D designs to the final build, we handle everything needed to get your brand floor-ready. Our team takes care of the custom construction, high-quality graphics, and technical setup, while also managing the “boring stuff” like venue paperwork and logistics. We provide all the furniture, lighting, and tech to make your space inviting, and once the show is over, we handle the teardown and storage. Essentially, we take care of the heavy lifting and the details so you can simply walk in and start doing business.

How does the design process work from start to finish?

Our process starts with a simple conversation to understand your goals and budget, which we then turn into a detailed 3D design so you can see exactly how your stand will look before we even pick up a tool. Once you’re happy with the layout, our team handles all the technical drawings and venue paperwork to make sure everything is compliant and approved. From there, we move into the construction phase in our workshop, keeping you updated as the space takes shape. Finally, we manage the on-site installation, including all the lighting and tech, handing over a “ready-to-use” stand on opening day—and when the show is over, we’re back on-site to take it all down and handle the storage for you.

How long does an Exhibition design project typically take?

Design & Planning (2–4 Weeks): This is the “back and forth” phase. We chat about your goals, create the 3D visuals, and tweak the design until it’s exactly what you want. Approvals & Technicals (1–2 Weeks): Once you’re happy, we handle the venue’s health and safety paperwork and get the technical drawings approved by the organizers. Fabrication & Build (4–8 Weeks): While you’re focusing on your marketing, our workshop team is actually building the structure, printing the graphics, and testing any tech. The Show Week: Install (1–3 Days): We arrive at the venue and set everything up. Handover: You walk in, we show you how the lights/tech work, and it’s all yours. Teardown (A few hours): As soon as the show ends, we come back and clear it all away.

Can you help design small spaces ?

Smart Layouts: We focus on “open” designs that don’t feel cramped, making it easy for people to step in and talk to you without blocking the aisle. Vertical Impact: When you don’t have a lot of floor space, we go up. We use tall graphics, high-level branding, and clever lighting to make sure you’re visible from across the hall. Multi-use Furniture: We use custom counters that double as storage and integrated tech screens that take up zero floor space. Shell Scheme Upgrades: If you’ve booked a standard “shell scheme” booth, we can “skin” the walls with high-quality seamless graphics and add custom flooring to make it look like a high-end bespoke stand for a fraction of the cost. The Reality: You don’t need a massive budget or a huge footprint to be the busiest stand at the show. Often, a well-designed small space feels more approachable and “busy,” which naturally attracts more visitors.

How do you determine the project budget?

We keep our pricing straightforward by giving you a clear, all-in quote that covers everything from the initial 3D design to the final installation. Instead of confusing jargon, we break costs down into simple categories: the physical build, the graphics and tech, and the onsite labor. We work with you to prioritize what matters most—whether that’s a high-end custom look or a smart, budget-friendly modular setup—ensuring there are no hidden fees or “surprise” costs from the venue. Essentially, you tell us what you want to spend, and we show you the best way to build it.
